- Verano Concierge chat: your name, mobile number, an optional email address and message, and a summary of the questions you asked in the chat.
- Technical details: the page address you submitted from, and standard information your browser sends, such as IP address, browser type and device, which our hosting provider may record in server logs.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and share the price list, cost sheet, floor plans or other details you asked for.
- To arrange site visits and follow up about Godrej Verano by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email.

- Our CRM provider (Sell.do): enquiries are stored in our customer-relationship system so our sales team can manage and respond to them.
- The developer: your enquiry may be shared with the Godrej Properties sales team for the Godrej Verano project, so they can assist you and register your interest.
- Service providers: our web host and email service, only as needed to run this website and send internal enquiry notifications.
